My Favorite Youtube Makeup Gurus
1. MakeupGeekTV
Marlena, the guru, is a professional makeup artist. She is the CEO of her website, www.makeupgeek.com. What I really like about her is that she has all her cosmetics ready and she delivers her tutorial straight to the point. She doesn't dig in her case looking for a certain product. She doesn't blab nonsense! She uses products from Revlon, L'oreal to Mac and Dior. You gotta subscribe to her. Plus, she has a good sense of humor. Who wouldn't love her laugh?! :)
These are some of my personal favorites from MakeupGeekTV
2. Panacea81
We've probably all seen Lauren Luke on BBC. Her life story is somehow a drama. She never received any professional makeup training in order to rise to Youtube stardom. She is talented. I love her accent.
3. AshleysBeautyCorner
Little miss lovely Ashley! First of all, she's a teen. I love the fact that a fellow teen is sharing her makeup tips and fashion ideas. She zooms into her eyes while doing eyeshadow tutorials so we can see every detail well. With her explanations, I've no problem. She relates well and nicely to her viewers. You gotta love her brows, too.
4. Gossmakeupartist
I don't know but some people hate him. I've seen their hate forums. However, I appreciate the way he reviews the product with some commonsense. In his videos, I see him as just too serious. I like some of his videos though. What do you think?
5. stillGLAMOROUS
Kasey is so cute! I just love watching her tutorials. However, I find that there's around 1-3 minutes of talking in some of her tutorials before she proceeds to applying her makeup.
6. MissJessicaHarlow
Hello Gorgeous! This Greek goddess presents her tips in the most practical way. She doesn't blabber anything off-topic. I love her background music and some inspiring quotes at the end of her tutorials. She's just magical, haha :). I first saw her in her 5 minutes makeup fresh+natural beauty. Her videos are in HD so relax.
6. magicgrl111
Her name is Selby, and she's cute :). As for her tutorials, I find them good. I've noticed that she's been off Youtube for a while; she's not posting tutorials. Anyway, here are some of my favorites from her:
I am subscribed to more Youtube makeup gurus, but I almost check these beautiful people above everyday if they have posted a new tutorial. I guess Youtube is a good place to start. :)
