Purebeauty Pomegranate never really caught my attention because I believed it doesn't work as well as "real" Korean beauty brands because it's distributed by Watson's. But when I saw that it was on a 30%-off sale and after reading the ingredients on the box (lots of extracts), I decided to give it a shot.

I just bought this yesterday so give me 2 weeks to use this & see for myself.

Packaging

What: 50ml night cream
Price: Php 399 ( I got it at Php279)
Where I bought it: Watsons!

It's totally round and looks like a Pokeball! It's not made out of glass so it's lightweight. Inside there's this plastic flap that covers the cream. The box has a tamper-proof sticker. Expiry date is printed at the bottom of the box. The lid can be twisted securely so you're sure the cream won't leak.

Performance

Paraben, Lanolin and Alcohol-free, now that's a good thing. It's a light cream so it's better to use this AFTER a serum or to use an eye cream or like what I do, apply emu oil on my face after this cream. The ingredients is quite convincing.

Give me 2 weeks to use this products and give it a decent review. To be updated! :)

UPDATE JANUARY 26, 2014
Two weeks is up and so here are my findings.

Moisturize: It feels light and a bit slimy haha. It gets easily absorbed and for normal to dry skin girls, this may feel not that moisturizing unless you start off with an emulsion & serum before this. Used alone, my skin feels thirsty. I top it with emu oil or virgin coconut oil (I hate the smell though) specially around my eyes. If your room has aircon, then this may feel insufficient. I still have dry patches on my face when I look at my face in well-lit department store mirrors.

Anti-aging: This works best against fine lines. Those deep lines are immune to this. My face looks a tad brighter and more awake and evened out. I don't have to touch up with pressed powder that often.

Recommended for teen to early 20's skin. If you use your HG anti-aging cream already, then great! :)

Conclusion
3.5/5 Stars

-Paraben, Lanolin and Alcohol-free

-Slightly scented, no shimmers
-Absorbs easily
-Affordable at Php 399 for 50ml.

Cons:
-Doesn't feel so creamy.
- Deep lines won't be improved.
